VicRoads Club Permit Scheme

G.V.M.V.D.C.Inc. Is accredited to administer the restricted use of an un-registered vehicle for which the appropriate Transport Accident Charge and Permit Fee have been paid.
A Club Permit vehicle may be used:
For advertised events organised by a Club; duly authorised to participate in the Club Permit Scheme. Special Use Vouchers enable Club Permit vehicles to be used for (specified) activities outside of Club events by obtaining an "Authorisation for Special Use" from the nominated Club Official. 
Renewal Of A Club Permit:
VicRoads will send you an annual renewal form. To renew your Club Permit you must:
(1) Ensure that you are a financial member of the G.V.M.V.D.C.Inc.
(2) The vehicle has passed a Club inspection, or: a current Roadworthy Certificate be presented with the VicRoads Renewal Form. See "Code Of Practice Rule (8)"
(3)Have the authorised Club Officer sign your renewal form    confirming your membership.            
(4) Return your renewal to VicRoads with your payment.
